I used my rebate to purchase a free box of All-Bran Strawberry Medley Cereal. One serving (1 cup) of this cereal will provide you with 40% of your Daily Fiber needs (based on a 2,000 calorie diet). They have cruncy bran flakes and squares, granola clusters and real dried strawberries.

This cereal is a lot better than the All-bran I tried as a teenager (the cereal looked like pellets I fed my rabbit). While it is not the most delicious cereal it is still something I have enjoyed eating each morning for the past week. I add some fresh fruits and extra granola to make it taste better. I have found that this cereal has filled me up more than other cereals and I feel good eating a healthy breakfast.
