I was given the opportuity to review to review the Head SnugglerTM . I knew this product would be useful for me as anytime my children are in their car seats for over an hour they fall asleep and it is uncomfortable to see them slouched over – It can’t be good for their posture! I thought back to a month ago when my baby had surgery and I had to hold her head up while she slept on the way home because the surgeon said not to allow her head to slouch in the car seat.

I decided to try the Head SnugglerTM . out on July 4th as we would be driving to my brother-in-law’s (a 45 minute drive) and I knew the kids would at least fall asleep on the way home.

Before we headed out I put the Head SnugglerTM over the car seat just like this.

We played peek-a-boo with the Head Snuggler TM a few times and I told my 23 month old that she could put it over her head if she wanted to keep the sun out her eyes or she wanted to sleep.

She never used it on the way to our destination but 10 minutes into our drive coming back home I looked over to see if she was asleep and it was so cute to see that she had pulled Head Snuggler TM over her head herself before falling asleep. I showed my husband and he thought it was the cutest thing as well.

You can also use the Head Snuggler TM on umbrella strollers. It is sold in Canadian stores and can also be purchased online for $27.99 USD with shipping included.

I had the opportunity to try two new products from Jif.

The first peanut butter product I tried was Natural Jif Peanut Butter Spread. This is a no stir natural peanut butter so there is oil added to it. 90% of the peanut butter is peanuts the rest of the ingredients are sugar (3 grams per serving), and less than 2% each of palm oil, salt and molasses.

I loved the taste of this roasted peanut taste of this peanut butter and the fact that it wasn’t very sweet. However I would like to see Jif come out with a 100% Natural peanut butter. Of course we would have to stir the peanut butter each time we open the jar if their is no sugar and oil.

The second product was Reduced Fat Jif To Go. This is a fun product, it is peanut butter in small 2.5 oz serving cups. Perfect for school lunches, food on the go or for a picnic. The peanut butter is also super smooth and sweeter than regular peanut butter so it is perfect for dipping. My 3 year old and almost 2 year old daughters loved dipping their apple slices into the Jif To Go cups. Other dipping ideas for a healthy snack for you kids include celery, pretzels and crackers. Here is a video of my daughters enjoying their Jif To Go snack:
